Please read these booking conditions carefully before using our services.

By booking tickets, trips, or packages through TorontoTicketMarket.com (“we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General
- All purchases on TorontoTicketMarket.com are subject to these booking conditions. Your booking confirms that you accept these terms in full.
2. Tickets
- All ticket purchases are 100% valid and guaranteed. Prices are generally listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Some prices may be displayed in U.S. Dollars (USD) to comply with TICO regulations. The price displayed is the price you pay — no hidden fees.
- All sales are final. Tickets cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded unless the event is cancelled by the organizer. If the event is cancelled or postponed, the ticket issuer’s and event organizer’s terms regarding refunds and exchanges apply.
- TorontoTicketMarket.com is not responsible for these decisions. Customers must comply with the ticket issuer’s and event organizer’s rules, including venue policies, prohibited items, and codes of conduct.
3. Trips & Packages
3.1 Payment Terms
- A deposit may be required at the time of booking.
- Final payment is due by the deadline stated at booking. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.
3.2 Cancellations & Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations before the final payment deadline may receive a partial refund (less deposit and fees).
- Cancellations after the final payment deadline are non-refundable.
- If the trip is cancelled by us (e.g., insufficient bookings), customers will receive a full refund.
3.3 Event Changes
- If an event included in your trip is postponed or rescheduled, your tickets will be transferred to the new date.
- If the event is cancelled outright, the ticket issuer’s and event organizer’s terms apply for any refunds.
3.4 Tickets Included in Packages
- When a trip includes tickets, the terms of the ticket issuer and event organizer apply in addition to these conditions. Customers must comply with all venue policies, codes of conduct, and restrictions.
4. Hotels & Accommodation
- If your trip includes hotel accommodation, bookings are made on your behalf.
- TorontoTicketMarket.com acts only as an intermediary and is not responsible for the standards, services, policies, or operations of any hotel.
- Any issues, damages, or disputes relating to your stay are the sole responsibility of the hotel and the guest.
- Guests must comply with all hotel policies, including check-in requirements, incidental deposits, and conduct rules.
5. Transportation
- All transportation services (bus, coach, shuttle, etc.) are provided by third-party carriers.
- TorontoTicketMarket.com is not responsible for the safety, punctuality, service quality, or conduct of the transportation provider.
- Delays, cancellations, or incidents during transport are the responsibility of the carrier and passenger.
- Passengers must follow all rules and instructions of the transportation provider.
6. Travel Requirements
- Customers are responsible for carrying all required travel documents (passport, visas, ID).
- We are not responsible if you are denied entry to a venue, bus, hotel, or country due to missing or invalid documents.
7. Behaviour
- Passengers must behave responsibly during travel. Disruptive, unsafe, or illegal behavior may result in removal without refund.
- You are responsible for your own property at all times.
8. Liability & Waiver
- Participation in trips is at your own risk.
- All customers are required to sign a liability waiver before departure. Failure to sign may result in cancellation without refund.
- We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by weather, traffic, border procedures, strikes, or other factors beyond our control.
- We are not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal belongings during trips.
9. Travel Insurance
- We strongly recommend passengers purchase travel insurance.
- Travel insurance can be purchased directly from us at the time of booking. Contact us for details.
10. Minimum Numbers
- All trips are subject to a minimum number of participants. If the minimum is not met, the trip may be cancelled and a full refund issued.
11. Hotels & Accommodation

12. No Affiliation Disclaimer
- TorontoTicketMarket.com is an independent ticket and travel provider. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or officially connected to the NHL, NFL, MLB, or any other sports leagues or teams.
- We are also not affiliated with Ticketmaster, Live Nation, or any other primary ticketing platforms.

- These booking conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada
